The process always begins with a relaxed interview with one of our logistics training professionals, when a candidate can be assessed for suitability.
Following this and once accepted a practical driving assessment will be carried out to understand the level, skill and aptitude of the candidate. Next up a medical, to ensure that the physical demands of the job will be met.
Applying for a provisional License
Once these steps have been made we will help the candidate to apply for a provisional driving license and put a learning program in place in readiness for the theory tests.
Driver training and tests commence
Once these are complete a series of practical driving lessons will be organised culminating in the completion of the Driver CPC Module 3 and following that Driver CPC Module 4, when the final tests will be completed.
To the future
A Road to Logistics employer will employ the candidate and the beginning of their future career in logistics.
