Bridging the gap between training and employment
The logistics sector is facing real challenges, an ageing workforce, ongoing skills shortages and rising unemployment levels. But the issue isn’t that people don’t want to work in logistics, it’s that many have never had access to the funds or support needed to train. That’s where Road to Logistics steps in.
We believe in investing in talent from all backgrounds and removing those barriers by offering fully funded training, confidence‑building exercises, and a pathway into employment for people who otherwise might be overlooked.
